Traditional Excavation vs. Trenchless Pipe Lining

There is a better way to fix your sewer line. Our trenchless technology repairs your pipes from the inside out, with no digging, no mess, and no destroyed landscaping.

Traditional Excavation

  • Takes days or even weeks to complete
  • Expensive landscaping restoration costs
  • Heavy machinery tears up your property
  • Major disruption to your daily life

Trenchless Pipe Lining

  • No digging up your yard or driveway
  • Faster repairs, often completed in one day
  • Saves thousands on landscaping costs
  • Minimal disruption to your property
  • Creates a new pipe inside the old one

Our Technology

Advanced Picote and Maxliner Systems, All Done In-House

Many plumbing companies send your trenchless work to a subcontractor. Not us. Los Plumbers owns the equipment and does every liner job ourselves. That means better quality control, faster turnaround, and lower cost for you.

  • Camera inspection first. We send a camera through your pipe to find the exact problem before we start any work.
  • Picote Pipe Coating. We apply a structural coating inside your existing pipe that seals cracks, stops leaks, and prevents root intrusion.
  • Maxliner cured-in-place system. We install a new pipe inside the old one. It cures in place and creates a smooth, jointless pipe that lasts for decades.
  • Final camera verification. After every job, we run the camera again so you can see the finished result for yourself.

Trenchless Sewer Repair Questions

What is trenchless sewer repair?

Trenchless sewer repair is a way to fix broken or damaged sewer lines without digging up your yard. We use special equipment to either coat the inside of your existing pipe or install a new pipe inside the old one. The result is a fully repaired sewer line with no mess and no destroyed landscaping.

Do you use subcontractors for trenchless work?

No. Los Plumbers owns our own Picote and Maxliner equipment and does all trenchless liner work in-house. We never subcontract this work out. That gives us full control over quality and lets us keep your costs lower.

How long does a trenchless repair take?

Most trenchless pipe lining jobs are completed in one day. The exact time depends on the length of pipe being repaired and the condition of the existing line. We will give you a clear timeline after the camera inspection.

Is trenchless cheaper than traditional excavation?

In most cases, yes. Traditional excavation requires digging up your yard or driveway, then restoring the landscaping afterward. Those restoration costs add up fast. Trenchless repair avoids all of that, which usually makes it more affordable overall.

How do I know if my sewer line needs repair?

Common signs include recurring drain backups, slow drains throughout the house, gurgling sounds from your toilet, sewage smells in your yard, and wet spots in your lawn. If any of these sound familiar, call us for a camera inspection.

What areas do you serve for trenchless repair?

We serve Mesa, Tempe, South Scottsdale, the Arcadia area, and North Central Phoenix. If you are in the East Valley or Central Phoenix, we can help.
